Assalamualaikum and hye all....
It had been a while since my last post. I hope that I could write more from now on especially blogging about my holidays.
On 7th - 10th June 2015, my husband and I went for a vacation during school holidays purposely for celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We decided to go to Krabi, Thailand. We went there for four days.
We departed from KLIA 2 Airport at 1.15 pm and arrived at Krabi Airport at about 1.40 pm (local time). The journey took only 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Once we arrived at Krabi Airport, we quickly bought two bus tickets to Ao Nang since we had booked a hotel there.
The journey took about 1 hour to arrive there. but before we arrived at Ao Nang town, the bus driver dropped us at a tourist information centre and there were several tourist guides explaining about the package provided. Some of the packages including the Island Hopping, Elephant Riding, Rafting and so forth. However, we were not interested in booking any of them there instead, we planned to buy at tourist information centre nearby our hotel.
A few minutes later, we were sent to our hotel by a small truck.
We checked in our hotel, performed our prayers and had a short rest before rushing to have our lunch at the nearest restaurant. After having our lunch, we looked for a rented motorcycle since we decided to go to Krabi Night Market which was located at Krabi Town. The rented motorcycle fee was 150baht (RM15) per day.We departed from Ao Nang to Krabi Town at about 6.00 p.m.
The journey took about 30 minutes. I bought several souveniers at the night market as people said that the price was quite low compared to other places. We also had our dinner there: eating noodle with chicken soup while enjoying some singing and break dance performances performed on the stage at the night market. We went back to our hotel at about 10.00 p.m.

The next day, we went for Island Hopping activity. There were four islands that we were going to 'hop' namely Tup Island, Chicken Island, Poda Island and Railay Bay (Phranang Cave and Phranang Beach). We went for Island Hopping by long tail boat instead of the speed boat. The price for Island Hopping package was 400baht (RM40) per person.
1. Tup Island
2. Chicken Island
a chicken shape island and that's why it is called 'Chicken Island'
we did snorkeling there
3. Poda Island
4. Railay Bay (Phranang Cave & Phranang Beach)
