twilight saga

btw, i just finished reading Eclipse (i knew u all hd finished it months ago or maybe years ago) thus im ready for the movie now!!
kudos to my lovely sis for bought me Breaking Dawn as my bufday present and i should start reading the book by now i supposed. i knew some of my friends hd finished all four. since im a slow reader that's why im always left behind...
at least im improving...:)

~u could never be replaced~

On weekdays, I never had a chance to spend most of my time wif the world’s best mum as she was away at work…now, it’s weekend thus im weekending on not at somewhere special but just in our kitchen. Today, we did our culinary thingy together and we totally had fun as mum who’s used to be very sporting singing her favourite song and sharing her good old days for sometimes while cooking. we ended up preparing Kari kepala ikan merah for lunch.

While people busy talking about their feeling of eagerness to start their new sem and daily counting the days , Im still struggling to stop the clock from ticking swiftly in order to complete its journey, if only I can..

it’s not because I hate UIA, it’s not because I dont miss my friends, it’s not because I hate abundance of assignments and quizzes for I knew it’s part and parcel of being student, it’s not because im tired of studying though. It’s just for a simple reason; Im afraid of missing mum and the household chores that she used to do all alone when im not around.

Mum, for this time around, im not displaying fake smile or ecstatic face, instead, im sincerely portraying my true façade…believe me...:)

Thanks for not being solely a mum but a friend. You are my best company...:)

~emptiness~

im easily hurt
im easily cry
im fragile...
and im really possessive
sory 4 being one...

~precious moment in life~

Ida….stop reading married people’s blog. One side of me forced me to click on theirs but the other side of me told me not to for I’ll be craving for getting married and having children. But I couldn’t refrain myself from doing blog walking whenever they posted new entries. It’s not because I love 18sx things since they are all married thus they are open-mindedly telling about ‘that thing’…no...u r wrong. None of them did it. They just shared bout their marriage life excluded that thing and also their baby by preggy bloggers or mom wannabe…I love reading their blogs as I gained lots of knowledge about women and babies. All these while I already knew what r the best supplements should be consumed during pregnancy for instance and what not. All about the should (s) and the shouldn’t (s) during the pregnancy period.

It’d been also tear-drop moments while reading their blog in which some of them suffering from their miscarriage experience which was very teary whereas some of them r still longing for their first child. They started to worry bout everything. Hope that u got what im trying to convey here. Pity on them... :(

And 1 more thing is that they shared their experiences of staying up late almost all nights for the first 3months which lead them to be such insomniac person. Im really touched. Thanx to my beloved parents for ur all good deeds and sacrifices in raising and treating me well whenever I got cranky when I was baby I supposed. I cant wait to step into my working life so that I can repay all…insyALLAH with Allah’s will in giving me long life and good fortune for the rest of my life.

Mum, dad, you are the world’s best parents ever. Again and again I’ll be repeating this; outside world doesn’t seem any interest to me without u both in my life...luv u..

For those akak2 bloggers especially my neighbours who r still waiting for ur first child, I’ll always pray 4 u guys..insyaALLAH ada rezeki..sy mmhami perasaan anda smua even im not married yet..

Thanx to Allah coz grant me naluri keibuan ini…very precious..:)

~myths that women have bout men~

i just read one of my friends blog and she's talking bout IJL also known as it's just a lunch...i try to google the blog and here i would share some of them wif u all...njoy reading~~

Myth #1 - He Knows What He’s Looking For.
You may or may not have a physical checklist, but your ideal man is probably taller, smarter, funnier and wealthier than you are. Men don’t work that way. We’re a lot simpler. In fact, if I were to distill the essence of men’s dating philosophy into one line, it would be this:

Men look for sex and find love. Women look for love and find sex.

That doesn’t mean he’s expecting you to sleep with him right away. It means he determines his attraction to you first, and sorts out his feelings later. You’ve seen this yourself. Guy makes a move on date one and doesn’t call back for date two. I’m not defending him. I’m just saying that you shouldn’t be too surprised if a guy kisses you and doesn’t know if he wants to see you again. Truth is, he hasn’t thought it through quite yet. All he knows is that he’s attracted to you and will act on it, regardless of whether he sees a future with you. You’re not wrong for wishing that men were more like you – you’re only mistaken for expecting them to be.

Myth #2 - He’s Looking for The Same Qualities As You Are.
This is one of the trickiest things to understand about men. You value men for being strong, brilliant, hardworking, financially successful, independent and opinionated. It’s not that men don’t value these qualities in you. It’s that they value your other traits more: easygoing, vulnerable, soft, feminine, playful, appreciative, warm, friendly, sexy. The good news is that men don’t dissect women nearly as much as you dissect men. Did you look cute? Did you flirt with him? Did he have fun? If so, he’s probably coming back for another date.

Myth #3 - He Knows What He’s Doing.
Sadly, there’s no feedback loop for men who are dating. So if a guy says something off-kilter and doesn’t get a second date, he never learns what he did wrong. As a result, men are not very well-trained in the art of dating. They don’t know that they’re supposed to make plans with you a week in advance. They don’t know that they’re supposed to make a decision instead of asking, “What do you want to do?” They don’t know that they’re supposed to ask you questions, listen to your answers, and not hijack the conversation with a monologue designed to sell themselves. In other words, most men are like overgrown 3rd grade boys: they’re dying to impress you and would pull your hair to make you like them, if they only knew it would work.

So give them a break. Whatever a guy’s doing, remember: he wants you to like him and he’s doing the best he can. “Forgive the ignorance” and appreciate him for what he does right instead of focusing exclusively on what he does “wrong”. Just as you’d like him to do for you.

my current status:
  1. im married with 2 children named Muhammad.......and Nur.........
  2. just ignore and forget the first coz it's just a bluff..the third one is actually the first..huhu..:)
  3. im having fever+cough. when people are cold, i feel so hot and vice verse...sneaking and tiptoeing in my room to turn off the aircond while they were sleeping peacefully at night when the coldness began to touch on my skin.
  4. all my limbs are still lethargic not only me but my siblings' as well, scarred elbow of mine, all resulted from the wonderland thingy..:(
  5. struggle with the dizziness, nearly fainted and vomitted while doing household chores and culinary things thus i winded up preparing just simple tomyam for today's meal..feeling of guilty and really sorry for i knew dad dislikes tomyam..
  6. yesterday, back from JB (my sis's school)...both my adik are already in their respective hostel and now they are already missed....:(

~let's give a helping hand~

i got this link from friends of mine...one of them is still studying in India who's Mdm Kaliah's daughter..she asked me to spread this out and i thnk this is one of d ways...

~wonderland~

i bet u can guess what post im going to share wif u all since there are lots of pictures i've uploaded in my fb rite...
here it goes, today, all my siblings and i went to malacca wonderland which is situated near our house..i deliberately set time and with 80km/h, we managed to arrive home which only took 15 minutes..i was surprised but that short journey coz i thought it would take almost 30 minutes or more..huhu..

some of the photos were taken for us to cherish our memory together...njoy~

we totally enjoyed ourselves even though there weren't variety of games there.due to this, we hd been there for 3 hours only.
kla, dats all for today, they are calling my name..pizza and cocktail for dinner are impatiently waiting for me bye..:)

~sory for the unpleasant post~

I would feel bad after scolding people..thus,don’t ever try to stimulate my anger...plz, I beg u…

And specifically to dat sis (of coz not my biological sister), I realized I was d one who first handed out a friendship hand to you..but dont act snobbishly to me coz im not a terhegeh-hegeh type of person..i also have my pride as well as my ego..dnt try to initiate and challenge me to portray my ego-self to you..since u r older than me therefore there’s a need for me to respect u..dont u realize dat's one of the etiquettes of being human..?..Mind u!!

To other readers, I know u r not pleased to read post like this but this is how I express my feeling..otherwise, I’ll go insane and throw out all my tantrums to people physically..which is better?..

dont be friends wif me if you are meant to hurt me...simple rite???..

~u name d title urself, will u?~

it hd been a while since i viewed this blog..this was due to charger problem thus i couldnt use my laptop for several days.thnx bro coz by using his expertise in electric and electronic, he managed to fix the charger without costing me any amount of money in order to repair it..FYI, this was the second tyme i faced  problem with the wyre that connected from adapter to the laptop..formerly,it costed me rm50 to fix it as i sent it to the nearest centre without referring to my bro first...serve you right ida!!..huhu
and the other reasons why i didnt frequently on9 was due to this:

Friendly Reminder: Yr Broadband usage is reaching the allocated 5GB/mth. Pls purchase additional volume or reduce your usage to avoid having yr speeds managed
Time: 07/06/2010 23:47:29
and a week later..................
Dear customer, you have exceeded the 5GB/mth usage (Celcom FUP). Pls purchase additional volume or we reserve the right to control yr broadband speeds. TQ
Time: 14/06/2010 14:58:34
as a consequence, my broadband speed became slower lately...it was my first time encountered such problem since my siblings are now all home for their school holidays, they LOVE to use my broadband and laptop instead of home pc due to its slower operation...hehe..

thnx God my bro hd succeeded in his first attempt of  fixing the laptop's charger..thus,i can start to share my yesterday's outing..

to begin with, as early as 10a.m., he drived me to the nearest clinic in order to do a check-up...it took us for 2 hours waitng there since there were lots of patients there..i can barely describe here the purpose of seeing the doctor and what's actually going on..we just kept it on the low..sorry for not clearly elaborated here..but dnt worry as despite all, im healthy now, alhamdulillah..

it's almost 12p.m, we managed to setlle everything thus we headed to malacca mall for a movie, Lagenda Budak Setan..its widespread promotion influenced me the most but i'd never ever tried to read its book..to my surprise, after watchig the movie, what can i say is that its storyline was just so-so..and i didnt expect it act..in all, i just love its main actor and actress who were Farid Kamil and Lisa Surihani..yup they are both favourites of mine..:)

then we had our lunch and window shopping together..and this included surveying the laptop charger which costed rm139 and for me, it's not reasonable due to not-original reason...and again, thanx bro for the fixing..save rm139..

on our way heading to the exit, he spontaneously leaded me to the karaoke booth and proudly to inform that this was my first tyme being in the karaoke booth...i sang my fvrite song which i previously shared wif u all in my former post..guess what? Baik-baik Sayang..and we winded up for only 3songs for the day since it's already 5pm...:) i was able to snap several pictures there and here they are...

ngah feeling...huhu..

i was home at about 5.30p.m and he surprised me with some souveniers from Bukit Merah Laketown Resort as he hd been there for a holiday trip wif his family last week..

sik gelak je dlm wyg tgk cte ni...funny.:)

at night, my siblings asked me to go for Kecoh Betul movie therefore i forced myself to go to the same place as it was the nearest cinema even though the feeling of tiredness bit into me last night...for the sake of my siblings and sis's treat, i dragged myself to join them..
yesterday was wednesday thus trail of movies in a day would be possible ..only RM5 each kan ..hehe...:)

~baik-baik sayang~

mood: jiwang

~a big thanx~

genapla sebulan my blog and i managed to create 30+ posts within that period ...okla kan?
and thanx to all readers especially my friends for your supportive comments and opinions and you..yes you..u  r from JB rite?i realized u never leave any comments here but i know u do read my blog..a gazillion thanks to you guys..:)

~another couple~

looks alike but they are actually different from one another in term of their colour and design
one is purple+gold (no-name design) whereas the other is purple+yellow (songket design)
after struggling to complete them  and within almost 3days, i managed to give that makcik on time which is today...she wished to have these as gifts for lucky draw during her daughter's wedding ceremony this Sunday. i considered her as my regular customer for she has been ordering me the tudung saji all these while and selling them in KL.

for the sake of that mkcik, i slept at 1a.m last night in order to get them ready. highly hoped that makcik will be satisfied with my handicraft and FYI makcik, i never able to complete each in only one day and this is my first time succeeded in doing it..congrats to me...:)

~you are missed~

whenever he stepped outside malacca, i felt  like we are far apart...
i realized even though we are in d same town but we are actually not in the same house..so, why did u let urself having such feeling, ida?...
i once told him that if we were fated to be together, would i bear with my loneliness when he's out for working at night?..
or
how bout if im posted to Sabah or Sarawak while he's in peninsula...?

....could i put up with all these?...

~dinner~

Alai Crystal Bay ikan bakar

we had our dinner at Alai Crystal Bay last night...there were many reataurants there but as usual, we just heading to our favourite restaurant...all dis while, we'd been trying some of others there but this one is d best ever~
..there were fishing boats caught in sight next to you  as u were actually having ur meal at the river-side..and for sometime, u could see some fishermen brought variety of their catches...some of the customers i bet were waiting at the dock to look for fresh catches of the day....and my family once bought fresh fishes there..they were sweeter as the fishes never been frozen if compared to fishes that u bought at wet market.

frankly speaking, its scenery was just so-so there..dats why we were not craving for snapping picture...if u are about to go to ikan bakar restaurant with fantastic scenery, better go to Umbai Terapung i supposed...

~butterfly park~

 BUTTERFLY PARK, MALACCA

this is the place where u can see lots and variety types of butterlies fly happily and freely around u..and for sometimes, some of them perch on your shoulder and even your scarf..it's a closed place if compared to other places it surrounds...and i can feel there's difference in temperature in which it's little bit cooler than the others. u can even touch and catch the butterflies but u are not allowed to bring them home...

there's also museum which preserve embalmed butterflies and other insects as well..u are not permitted to take any pictures inside here but since there were only us and no one eyeing on our action, therefore we managed to snap several which could also be considered as our souveniers..

it's a butterfly park but it's just a name as there are many types of animals there including this bird..im not sure its name...but i found it's unique as it could make 'sweet' sound..its sound like a guy who's wooing a gurl 'weeeewitttt'..huhu...it can speak several words for instance good bye, good morning, good evening and so forth as well but it's common rite..the wooing sound impressed me the most...and FYI, it would only produce the sound whenever people or to be specific, gurl and boy who passed through it in couple...im not sure either it was trying to woo me or him or maybe it had been trained by its guardian to produce the sound whenever it saw couples..it proved as it just be silent when a group of students passed by but by the time we passed through its cage, it started to 'sweet' us and we just smiled sheepishly..huhu..

love bird
having a glance at their name made me wondering why do they're called love bird...after eyeing on them for several times i knew the reason then..its due to their kissie2 habit most of the time...u would see quite a number of them in the cage but they were perching on the branches in pairs giving passionate kiss to their partner.huhu..

looks like grizzled hair

the otter
very pathethic, look at its hand..it's longing for food..

there r not just butterflies there instead,  it's like a zoo rite? berbaloi2..:)

~olidays~

it's like a trail of olidays memories lingered on my mind lately that lead me to share my olidays trip wif u all...

Mahsuri's tomb (makam Mahsuri)

who's Mahsuri?

  • a daughter of a Thai couple who moved from their native Phuket to the island of Langkawi in search of a better life.

  • the most beautiful in all of Langkawi and married the warrior Wan Darus.

  • As was required of him, her husband had to go to war, leaving Mahsuri behind to fend for herself.

  • During the absence of her husband, she befriended a young man named Deraman.

  • The village chief's wife was jealous of Mahsuri's beauty. She spread a rumour that Mahsuri was unfaithful and was having an affair with Deraman in the absence of Wan Darus. Eventually the rumours grew strong enough that the villagers openly accused her of adultery. Mahsuri pleaded her innocence, but no one believed her.

  • She was to be tied to a tree or pole and stabbed to death but it didn't work.

  • After every execution attempt failed, Mahsuri told them to kill her with her family's kris.

  • When she was stabbed, white blood flowed from the wound, signifying her innocence. Some birds flew above her to cover her body.

  • With her dying breath, Mahsuri cursed Langkawi to have seven generations of bad luck. The kingdom was soon taken over by Siam.

  • The villagers at Padang Mat Sirat burned their own paddy fields rather than let them fall into the hands of the Siamese.

burnt rice (beras terbakar)
could u see the black stains which indicate that the rice was burnt?

following Mahsuri's death, it had been decades of failed crops and Langkawi was attacked by Siam for several times and the last invasion was in 1821.
It is only at the end of the 20th century, after the seven generations have supposedly come to pass, that Langkawi began to prosper as a tourist destination.
The descendants of Mahsuri continue to live in Phuket, Thailand, and have on occasion returned to Langkawi to visit her tomb.

*above are all googled infos due to unclear video that was shown during the visit and my short term memory and also my laziness  to read all the facts..huhu.
